Divining the Future, guide to use Pendulum to Predict Future part 4

Sunday October 12th, 2008 in Fortune Tellers, Tarot Reading | 2 Comments »

Dowsing with the Pendulum

Once you become comfortable with it, the pendulum can help you in all sorts of ways. You can use it when choosing tarot cards, for instance; shuffle the cards and lay them face down in front of you, then use your pendulum to choose which cards you should read. Put it in the search position over the first card, then ask ‘Is this card significant for me today?’ Move the pendulum, still swinging, over each card and choose the ones to which you get a ‘yes’ response. Make a note of the cards you’ve selected and how apt they are. Read the rest of this entry »

Divining the Future, guide to use Pendulum to Predict Future part 3

Practice Makes Perfect

Like all the other predictive techniques, it takes practice to use the pendulum. Sadly, when you start you may get more wrong answers than right ones — you need to train yourself to use it properly. That’s especially true if you plan to use the pendulum as a predictive tool for other people. Although when using other techniques, such as cartomancy, you can refer to the text if you get stuck or forget what something means, you can’t do that in the same way with the ‘pendulum. The link between it and your subconscious instincts and intuitions is too direct for that, so you must strengthen this link before you can use it to give guidance, to other people. Otherwise, you may mistakenly give them the wrong information. Read the rest of this entry »

Divining the Future, guide to use Pendulum to Predict Future part 2

Asking the Right Questions

One of the most common problems for people getting accustomed to using a pendulum is that they ask it the wrong question. Always remember that it can only answer ‘yes’, ‘no’ or ‘maybe/wrong question‘, so there’s no point in asking something like, ‘Should I buy the pink scarf or the black suit?’ It will either refuse to co-operate at all or give you the ‘wrong question‘ response. Divining the Future, guide to use Pendulum to Predict Future part 1

Sunday October 12th, 2008 in Tarot Reading | 2 Comments »

As pendulums become increasingly popular methods of divining the future, so they’re becoming more widely available. Traditionally shaped pendulums are most commonly made from brass or wood, and are usually shaped like plumb-bobs suspended from a length of cord. Alternatively, you can buy pendulums made of rock crystal or some other semiprecious stone. If you prefer, you can create your own, perhaps using a wedding ring, a favourite piece of jewellery or a door-key — even a large paper-clip if it’s the only suitable object that you have to hand. It really doesn‘t matter what you use, provided it is not shaped in such a way that it can only swing in one direction or tends to veer off to one side. Read the rest of this entry »

Natal and Progressed Chart, How to Find Your Way through the Interpretation Maze continue…

  1. Venus: As per Pluto. Venus transits last for up to a month, but take note of those times when Venus is retrograde, because this can lengthen and intensify its effects.
  2. Mercury: As per Pluto. Mercury’s transits last for a couple of weeks; however, watch out for retrograde times.
  3. Chiron: This planetoid has an eccentric orbit, but it usually spends a couple of years in a sign. Its transits can therefore last for several months, especially when it turns retrograde and back again.
  4. The nodes of the Moon: These take about a year or so to work through each sign, and their effect can last for a few months when aspecting a particularly sensitive spot.
  5. The Moon: The Moon takes two and a half days to work through each sign, so its transits are very short lived. However a new Moon, a full Moon and especially an eclipse will have a powerful effect on anything that it aspects. An eclipse which conjuncts a subject’s Sun, Moon or ascendant is bound to be strongly felt.

The Eagle and the Phoenix, Scorpio Connotations

Scorpio’s constellation is impressive in that it actually resemblances its sign, the Scorpio, whereas other constellations are obscure. Probably for this reason, the scorpion is often used to explain the concepts of Scorpio, with a sting in its tail. Scorpio also has two other symbols (it is the only sign with three), the eagle and the phoenix, and these have some interesting connotations.

All three signs are able to conquer their difficult environments with a combination of stealth and intelligence. The phoenix is the Greek name for a mythological bird offered in sacrifice to Ra, God of the Sun, in the ancient Egypt. This bird was similar to an eagle, and possessed golden-red feathers like flames. Read the rest of this entry »

Being the Lover or Life Partner of Scorpio, what they expect from you?

Tuesday September 2nd, 2008 in Horoscope, Love Reading, Tarot Reading | 4 Comments »

If you go to a party together, you need to master the art of letting your Scorpio go and reeling him in. Scorpios generally feel a bit on edge in a social situation with a partner, as they can see too much danger in flirtatious situations.

They are very quick to jealousy but they don’t want you to stick to them like a lap dog.

Make sure you have a proprietary hand on the small of their back when you are introducing them to people. Meet their eyes across the room, and if you see they need a drink, get them one. Read the rest of this entry »

Astrology, the Planetary Movements in Detail (Jupiter, Saturn)

Jupiter

Jupiter takes 12 years to make its return. If you understand natal charting, when trying to interpret this return you will need to take into account the sign and the house that natal Jupiter occupies as well as any planets that aspect Jupiter natally.

If you don’t understand natal charting, then just remember that Jupiter is a bit of a double-edged sword. As you begin to read and learn about astrology, you will soon come to see Jupiter as ‘the great benefic’, or the planet that, along with Venus, bestows all kinds of good things upon its subjects. The Planets through the Houses (First and Second House)

The easiest way to deal with this is to consider the meanings of the houses and the effects of the planets on them as they pass through them. Lunar Aspects and Affects, see the Sky and what’s the moon telling (challenging aspect to Neptune, Pluto, Chiron, nodes, ascendant, midheaven)

Moon in challenging aspect to Neptune

Neptune being the vague planet that it is, this is a hard one to analyse. You may feel as though your life is on a kind roller- coaster, with the chief victim being your own emotions. The past could come back to haunt you in some way and you may have to face up to some pretty awful memories or feelings that have been buried for years. You will become oversensitive and terribly vulnerable, and if you are daft enough to fall in love at this time it could turn out to be a painful experience. However, with Neptune it is your unconscious and your dream life rather than anything really practical that is most likely to be attacked. This means that you may be able to live your life on the surface without making any real changes, while inside chaos reigns. Guard against deception in financial and business dealings and, if possible, leave any important decisions until well after this progression has passed. Artistic and creative ventures will be especially badly affected by this, so leave them alone. Read the rest of this entry »

Lunar Aspects and Affects, see the Sky and what’s the moon telling (challenging aspect to Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus)

You will make new friends and you could also join a group or an organization that looks like being fun. Any business that concerns food, women’s interests or domestic matters will go well. You may be a bit overemotional and overexcited at times, but so what? Enjoy it! Read the rest of this entry »

Lunar Aspects and Affects, see the Sky and what’s the moon telling (happy aspect to Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn)

When doing day-for-a-year progressions, these lunar aspects assume a terrific importance. In fact, coupled with transits, this is probably the most accurate and interesting form of predictive astrology that there is. Each progression will last for about a month but it can have a tremendous and lasting impact on your life. Lunar aspects are the triggers of your life, setting off trains of events that are fascinating to watch and to live through.

Moon in happy aspect to natal Moon

This would be a good time to change your address or to invest in property. Family matters will go well, as will anything that involves women or women’s interests. You may be emotional and rather restless at this time, so take a journey or two, because travel is well aspected now. Read the rest of this entry »
